Located in Coimbra's downtown Diligência has been open since 1972 and it is considered the oldes fado house of the city. It's cultural heritage is undeniable and it has been since its beginings a meeting place for many personalities linked to the music and national culture as: José Afonso, Adriano Correia de Oliveira, Fausto, Sérgio Godinho, Carlos Lira and many others.
